Hyatt Place Salt Lake City/Lehi

Extremely convenient location, especially being right next to Cabela’s and the freeway. The service was outstanding—every staff member greeted us with a genuine smile coming and going, which immediately made the stay feel welcoming. The hotel has everything you need, the rooms were spotless, and the showers were a standout. Even the showerheads are clearly upgraded, with great water pressure and an even spray (a rare win for hotels!). Overall, a clean, comfortable, and well-run Hyatt that I’d happily stay at again.

Very clean, hotel with all the amenities you could hope for. Breakfast was great, lots of selection! Great location next to the highway close to lots of restaurants, beautiful view of surrounding mountains. Water pressure was good. Pool was cold but didn’t stop the kids from swimming. Room was quiet walls were thick. Would definitely stay again!

We recently hosted an event at the Hyatt Place Lehi and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. A huge thank-you to Esther Sanchez, our event coordinator, who was absolutely phenomenal. She was incredibly organized and responsive throughout the entire planning process, followed up proactively as the event approached, and was attentive and present throughout the event itself. The location is ideal with plenty of parking for attendees, the meeting rooms are easy to find, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The event team, especially Esther, is truly top-notch at what they do. We love hosting our events here and will absolutely continue to do so in the future because of the exceptional service we received from Esther and her team.

We've only been here twice so far but both have been positive experiences. Our limited interactions with the staff were positive and professional. The free breakfast is as good as any other we've ever had and better than many. The whole stay is well worth the money for what you get, at least the suites anyway. FYI, If you book on the actual website the price is half of what it is on a third party. Check in check out process is easy. Both times we have found the rooms ADEQUATELY clean but not pristine. Dusty areas on top of fridge and under bathroom sink. I don't think the comforters on the bed get cleaned very often either as my dust allergies were triggered pretty significantly during sleep hours when laying with my face closer to the comforter. The bed and bedding itself is not horrible but is definitely not very comfy either. We had three tv's in the room and only tried the one in the bedroom and at least for that one the cable or satellite did not work and the remote would not change inputs on the tv. Luckily we brought a fire-stick so it wasn’t a big deal but would have been more bothersome otherwise.

Our overall experience was wonderful. The location is is central to anything you could want, including being right off the freeway by multiple restaurants and even an outlet center The room was extremely clean and comfortable as well as the entire hotel. Staff was super attentive to every detail and responsive to requests. The bonus was that breakfast was included, and there was literally something for everybody with endless coffee, which was awesome! We will definitely stay here again.

Cason is top notch! He checked us in and was also the chef for the night since they were limited on staff. He was so friendly and accommodating and just a great bonus to our stay. One of our best stays at Hyatt!

I had a fantastic stay here. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The hotel has a small bar on-site with a great atmosphere. The bartender was friendly, and the crowd was made up of really nice people. Just a heads-up, if you order drinks you’ll need to order some food as well. That said the light meal options are perfectly fine and reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet was delicious and well put together a great way to start the day. One small warning for taller guests, the lamps in the seating area near the breakfast buffet hang fairly low. If you're tall like me, you might want to watch your head. Other than that minor detail it was a fantastic experience overall. I would absolutely stay here again.

Breakfast is a highlight with a great selection from standard continental spread along with eggs, sausage, bacon and hash browns. Rooms are as to be expected, nothing more or less. The facilities are clean. The location is great if your visiting any of the many tech offices nearby, however if you're looking for a vacation hotel, expect traffic congestion and only an outlet mall and Cabela's for nearby shopping.
